A close encounter with the Sussex Air Ambulance in Dorking. On a Pass Plus session, my pupil Jess and I came across a nasty accident. Jess, as a qualified first aider was keen to help and did a great job looking after the driver while I helped look after the cyclist. This was a great learning experience for Jess; anyone who has done the theory test will know that there are a lot of questions on first aid and what to do at the scene of an accident.
